|
|
Surface preparation
|
All the steel surface should be pre-treated by blasted according to the Standard ISO8504：2000 and it must be free of oil, grease and pollution.

所有被涂覆的鋼鐵表面均應除銹，保證被涂表面清潔、干燥、無污染，涂漆之前，所有表面均應根據ISO8504：2000標準進行評估和處理。 如果有油脂，應使用溶劑清洗干凈。

Mixing
|
Adding Accelerator (CP25) into coating, stirring fluently, then add with curing agent (CE25). The application should be after the disappearing of bubble.

Application
|
HE25 can be applied by conventional spray, airless, brush or roller.

Ventilation
|
It is very important for the safety of the applicator and the proper performance of EURO-heat AT01, that good ventilation should be provided to all portions of the enclosed area. Dry fresh air is a must since applications with relative humidity over85% must be avoided.

SAFETY
|
WARNIGN: Cause eye and skin irritation. Reaction vapour may cause respiratory irritation in sensitive individuals. May cause allergic skin reaction. Avoid breathing vapours. Do not get in eyes on skin or clothing, ear eye and skin protective equipment. Use appropriate respirator, it is recommended to avoid potential respiratory, preferably mouth-to-mouth, and call physician. BURNS: Exothermic reaction causes product to heat which is normal. Be careful handling after mixing product. Use gloves. FIRST AID: In case of eye contact immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes while removing contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash skin contact area with soap.
